For Denton-based clarinetist/composer Dr. Luke Ellard, music is about continually reaching out, having worked with groups such as Bang on a Can All Stars, Eighth Blackbird, Fifth House Ensemble, among others. Luke is fortunate to teach a brilliant bunch of students as Adjunct Professor of Clarinet at the University of Oklahoma and Midwestern State University in addition to 40 middle and high school students in DFW all the while composing music for traditional acoustic instruments and producing electronic-pop music under the moniker LE.
